A:The main materials on the mask are melt blown, electrostatic media, and supporting layer.
15.Q:Do you have FFP2 melt blown?
A:According to European standard EN149, we have designed a variety of melt blown products that meet the FFP2 standard. Under the same conditions, according to different resistances, we divide into high resistance and low resistance of FFP2 melt blown. TSI 8130, 60L 0.3um Oil, P2-50gsm, the efficiency can be more than 98%， resistance is less than 130Pa. P2-30gsm, the efficiency can be more than98.5%, resistance is less than 75Pa.
16.Q:Do you have N95 melt blown?
A:According to standard NIOSH, we designed two melt blown that meet the N95 mask standard. Under the same test conditions, their main difference lies in weight, efficiency and resistance. N95-50gsm, TSI8130A, 60L, 0.3um Nacl, the efficiency can be more than 95%, the resistance is less than 120Pa. N95-40gsm, TSI8130A, 60L, 0.3um Nacl, the efficiency can be more than 99%, the resistance is less than 65Pa.
17.Q:Do you use the supporting materials in fish shape masks? What is the main function?
A:SLW-45PP is the supporting material which used in fish shape masks. The material is PP and can be recycled directly.
A:Its own stiff performance greatly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the mask, and it is not easy to deform when worn for a long time.
B:Good fiber arrangement structure can filter large particles, dust and so on.
C:The resistance is zero, and the high-quality air permeability makes almost no effect on the overall resistance of the mask
