Electrostatic cotton non-woven cloth not only used for HVAC filter but also used for face mask middle efficiency air purifier and other fields. It also can be laminated with melt-blown, spun-bonded non-woven cloth, activated carbon cloth, and other materials. Bonding ways have ultrasonic, hot rolling, adhesive, and other forms.

Srilan's electrostatic cotton meets the standard of the MERV13 filter, which can extract fine particles (0.3-10 microns) from circulating air to meet the requirements of indoor air quality. The higher Merv13 rating allows for holding more fine dust particles, lint, mold, pollen, debris, dust mites, bacteria, and smoke. Filter medium: made of 100%PP, tested by advanced equipment, with high MERV grade, low-pressure drop, no moisture absorption, anti-microbial growth. The AC Filter Material MERV 13 conforms to and exceeds MERV13 ratings under ASHRAE 52.2 test procedure. And it is easy to composite with other materials to be pleated. The pleated design increases the surface area in contact with air, so it can collect the maximum amount of fine/micro dust particles, lint, mold, bacteria, pollen, and debris. MERV 13 filters are preferred for premium residential and commercial buildings, hospital operating rooms, schools/universities, cleanroom environments, and laboratories.
