Merv13 Furnace Filter Media, melt-blown material, is a conventional fabrication method of micro-and nanofibers where a polymer melt is extruded through small nozzles surrounded by high-speed blowing gas. Nonwoven melt-blown fabrics are porous. As a result, they can filter liquids and gases. Merv13 Furnace Filter Media can capture more dirt, dust particles, and allergens than ordinary Filter Media. Applied in the Filter, Merv13 Furnace Filter Media can be applied to most ventilated places. It can filter particles as small as 0.3 microns. It can block most of the bacteria, air particles, mold, and other pollutants in the air, improve indoor air quality, and improve the performance and life of the furnace.
