Electrostatic cotton and melt-blown description

Electrostatic filter cotton and melt-blown filter cotton can be used in the production of air filters, they can be used in HVAC filters, HEPA filters, pocket filters, etc.

Electrostatic filter cotton is a filter cloth based on the principle of electrostatic adsorption. Compared with the traditional filtration method, electrostatic cotton has higher filtration efficiency and can better absorb ultra-fine dust. The air filter adopts electrostatic adsorption filter cotton, which not only has a higher filtration effect, but also has better resistance so that breathing is smoother, and the dust capacity is higher.

Melt-blown cloth is a kind of non-woven fabric, it is made of polypropylene material by melt-blown process, melt-blown non-woven fabric’s uniformity is very good, and feel special soft, this melt-blown non-woven fabric performance and liquid absorption are relatively good.
