On July 1, 2019, we went to an exhibition Korea International Safety & Health Show 2019 in Seoul, COEX HALL C 402 , South Korea . We promoted a supporting layer which is named SLW-45PP at the exhibition and received good reflection.

1. The SLW-45PP is made by 100% PP, the PP raw material is more environmentally friendly than PET material, and PP material is recyclable, this is the reason why the price of PP is higher than PET.

2. The stiffness greatly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the mask, it’s not easy to deform when worn for a long time , and it has strong adhesion to the mask filter layer , which can improve the productivity of fully automatic mask machines.

3. Good fiber arrangement structure can filter large particles, dust and flying catkins, etc.

4. The characteristic of SLW-45PP is no burden of resistance, high quality air permeability makes the overall resistance of the mask almost no impact .

The KF94 comes with side flaps, which mold to the contour of your face, and an adjustable band around the bridge of your nose. Fit is the most important factor in making a mask like the KF94 effective. If you buy a KF94, make sure it feels comfortable to wear without needing to be adjusted all the time. PRODUCTION CAPACITY

There are 8 electrostatic cotton material lines, 12 melt-blown lines, 2 supporting material lines, and 2 electrostatic supporting material lines. And Srilan also has 6 slitting lines to meet different kinds of width requirements.

R & D CAPACITY

There are 5 TSI8130, TSI8130A testing equipment, which can perform accurate flow control, resistance, efficiency tests to ensure product quality.

Srilan provides product performance testing, including fiber shape, weight, thickness, air permeability, tensile strength, filtration efficiency, filtration resistance testing, etc., to ensure that the product indicators meet customer needs, and provide comprehensive and accurate tests reports.
