What is electrostatic cotton?

Electrostatic cotton is a non-woven material obtained by carding PP staple fiber, needle punched into a net, and then processed by electrostatic charging, it is called electrostatic cotton because of the raw material or non-woven fabric with electrostatic treatment, which is better than ordinary needle-punched cotton. Higher filtration efficiency, and better resistance, and higher dust holding compared to other filter materials.

Features of electrostatic cotton

On the one hand, the high dust holding capacity allows this filter material to perform filtering work stably for a longer time, reducing the frequency of cleaning and replacing electrostatic cotton, so that companies can have more time for filtering work instead of maintenance and cleaning work.

On the other hand, the filter efficiency of electrostatic cotton is actually very high. The filtering efficiency of this type of electrostatic cotton is higher than that of ordinary needle-punched cotton. Enterprises can use electrostatic cotton to replace other filter media like melt blown, glass fiber to save cost.
