HISTORY
2015 Founded in Fuyang, Hangzhou. And developed supporting materials.
2016 Developed electrostatic cotton material and became the designated supplier of Honeywell.
2017 Developed electrostatic supporting material and became the designated supplier of Apollo.
2018 Set up a new company producing melt blown, developed special PP supporting materials for water filtration, and became ANOW’s supplier.
2019 Innovate electrostatic cotton materials and enter special filtration fields such as medical treatment and microelectronics.
2020 The designated production supplier by the government for COV-19 in Zhejiang, developed melt-blown for water filtration and developed ultra-low resistance melt-blown.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY
There are 8 electrostatic cotton material lines, 12 melt-blown lines, 2 supporting material lines, and 2 electrostatic supporting material lines. And Srilan also has 6 slitting lines to meet different kinds of width requirements.
R & D CAPACITY
There are 5 TSI8130, TSI8130A testing equipment, which can perform accurate flow control, resistance, efficiency tests to ensure product quality.
Srilan provides product performance testing, including fiber shape, weight, thickness, air permeability, tensile strength, filtration efficiency, filtration resistance testing, etc., to ensure that the product indicators meet customer needs, and provide comprehensive and accurate tests reports.
