These often very harmful gases, such as benzene, toluene or ozone, enter into the deep regions of the lungs when inhaled. Ozone is a harmful irritant gas. It causes health problems, such as headaches, tickling of the throat, watery eyes and dizziness. The activated carbon cabin filter removes up to 99 percent of the ozone to ensure comfortable travel.
Effective cabin air filter places heavy demands on filter media. The filter media must remove both particulates and odors from the cabin air space. Meltblown and electrostatic needle punch nonwoven fabric are highly effective for particulate filtration in pollen filters. These materials can be laminated to a stiff carrier or mesh for pleating purposes. Srilan also provide polyester nonwoven fabric as stiff carrier. Carbon layer remove odor. Electrostatic polyester nonwoven fabric laminated with carbon layer, can be directly pleated. The weight and width of all of materials can be customized.
