The activated carbon combi cabin filter provides long-lasting protection against the same harmful particles –and so much more. With an activated carbon layer, it also adsorbs odors and various gases, such as benzene or ozone. In addition to the small solid particles, gases that are up to ten million times smaller enter into the deep regions of the lungs. For example, the dangerous irritant ozone can cause reactions such as headache, throat irritation and watery eyes. The activated carbon layer removes up to 99 percent of the ozone.
