Staple fiber polyester nonwoven fabric manufactured using thermal bonding technology. They are suited as carrier media for cabin air filter. Melt blown, electrostatic needle punch non woven fabric or other materials which can’t pleated by themselves, they should laminated with carrier media. Key product characteristics of Srilan’s carrier media for cabin filter include high dimensional stability, pleatability and superior stiffness.
Carrier media are mainly used in cabin filter as core backing layer. And Srilan can produce flame retardant, antibacterial and colorful supporting to meet different needs. These materials are laminated with activated carbon material or different filtration rating melt blown material to produce different filter. Srilan imported Germany production line to produce supporting material and provides customized service.
